Mix together the butter and herbs in a medium bowl. Turn out onto parchment or plastic wrap, and roll into a log, 1 1/2-2″ in diameter. Chill until firm, or freeze for up to one month.

- 1 Tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 Tbsp fresh sage, chopped
- 1 Tbsp fresh flat-leaf parsley, chopped
- 1 Tbsp fresh chives, chopped
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
